Rude lady at the parcel counter

I went to Pic n Pay tramshed (Pretoria Central) on 26 March 2025 around 12 pm and i was met by the worst service ever by the lady at the parcel counter.She told me my bag looks big and heavy she wont carry it to put in the parcel counter and i must do it and she was rudely saying that.I even asked the security to assist by calling me a manager so i can understand why their worker would refuse to do their job but fortunately one of her colleagues apologised on her behalf and put my bag.Upon collecting the bag I assumed she would show remorse but no she refused to give me my bag telling me i should carry it myself and again the gentleman colleague had to assist me
