Rude information service consultant and false promise

I went to pick n pay on the 2n d of March to buy things, the service I got there was great when Briton the manager helped me get the snuggle bed for infants, I further then requested a 3 tier modular cabinet to find out it was unavaible at maponya mall, Briton was then kind enough to check which store had the modular cabinet, he advised I do a rain cheque, I went to information service, the service was poor I initially ordered 2 of the cabinets but th lady wrote one, I called last week to track the inter branch transaction, the guy I spoke to over the phone said I will call no later then Monday, I called in today the lady was very rude over the phone telling me that the rain cheque will expire after 30 days and that’s my loss, she further said keep on calling to remind us, I asked did you request it from the branch she said ai sisi I dont work for furniture, I’ve once done an inter branch transaction at trade route and the product was delivered within a week, is Soweto service ****py because we dealing with our own people or it’s just people not wanting to do their jobs?
