Rude, *********** staff

Pick n Pay on Nicol is a great store in itself but is ruined by some rude and *********** members of staff. They don’t bother to ask if you would like a plastic bag or not even when the customers have brought their own; they block customers in the aisles by chatting up a storm with one another, they scan random items on the side left my the previous customers which increases cashing out time as they then need to cancel the item, they don’t seem to know where stock is placed, due to everything being “contactless”, we as the customers attempt to swipe our own smart shopper card but is met with irritated, impatient and rude responses when the cards don’t swipe properly, and counters aren’t being wiped down as seen at other grocery stores during the pandemic.

Generally not a great shopping experience.
