Rude Frontline at township store... Undermining or ************** of class

On the 10th of January 2025 I visited a qualiSave pick n pay at ebony park is was around 8am. I needed to use the Capitec ATM that is in the store to withdraw a cash send. However I did not get the money from the machine so I carried on to the tills to ask for assistance. So I explained myself to a lady at the till who was standing there, she told me that she is not a cashier, I must ask the cashier's, I was surprised and asked if I should go to every till and ask..? She said she does not know, (with a very condescending behaviour) she further refused to called me the supervisor until I started asking for her name. What does the pnp customer service courtesy say..... The employees are randomly chewing gum 😧 no professionalism....
