Rude floor assistant, pick n pay clothing, Liberty Midlands Mall, Pietermaritzburg.

I was met with such an insubordinate and entitled attitude from a particularly immature young lady. Pick n pay needs to train assistants on how to speak to customers politely and professionally. As it stands, I don't want to go back there ever again!
