Rude Entrance Lady Cradlestone Mall

Pick n Pay Cradlestone mall. The lady who works at the door is extremely rude. Today (Monday 28 August 2023) I walked in, approached her for help. She greets me and looks down into her book while I’m talking to her, no response to my question until I poke her and she responds with her head still down writing in her book. I excused her thinking she might be having a bad morning until I saw her loudly laughing with other stuff members as I was walking out. Anyway, the tellers were helpful and very nice.
