Rude driver

Pick n pay ASAP as a loyal customer I don't appreciate your drivers acting like they doing me a favor. The driver parked across the road by another house while I have a driveway and all the drivers deliver to my door but she felt she's got an attitude telling me she doesn't when I told her she's rude. To top it she threw my packages at me mind you there was glass bottles and we tipped this rude woman and then tells me she called me. I didn't answer because I was tracking her and standing by the gate waiting on the driver. Then she asks me what do I mean so I don't speak English Cleary she is beyond rude
