Rude driver!

The Asap driver, for the second time refused to drive in to my complex, he drops my groceries at the gate, I tell him all the time that he must come and and drop them close to my unit as the groceries are heavy, but he always says "mxm these things are not heavy, come outside now. I will not come in" imagine the audacity. If Pick n Pay asap is tired of my money they must continue to send this rude man to my house. I told him, that I will be reporting him again, he said he doesn't care and I must go ahead and report him, it is not his job for him to come inside my complex, his job ends at the entrance.
