Rude & disrespectful staff member (Buyi)

I shop at pick n pay clothing a lot, I experienced the worst attitude on one of your staff members yesterday at Ben Fleur Centre, Witbank. Her name is Buyi. I wasn’t even in the shop, I was waiting , baby in hand , for whoever was using the baby change room. Our walks ‘Buyi’, with no baby! Too lazy to use the ladies bathroom, which is not even a meter away. Anyway, she walks out, sees me holding a baby and a that clearly I have been waiting for her. No apology, no nothing, just a filthy look before she continues to very slowly waddle off. I said to her excuse me? she carried on walking… again excuse me…? She eventually sighs and turns around to look at me, I said this is a baby change bathroom?? What are you doing using it? She turned around and carried on walking. I said you are not a baby?? She shouts yes I am.. and continues to waddle off. In her uniform. I am disgusted. And frankly put off that pick n pay clothing for sure. I have shopped there once and wasn’t impressed the service. But if these are the type of staff you have working, I am not surprised.

It’s also the only pick n pay I have been to where the kids/baby section is upstairs and no lift? I went with my baby on her pram (as moms do) and was told to leave the pram at the bottom of the stairs,I guess, what else am I supposed to do… just doesn’t make sense. But that’s not the point of this review… horrible, rude Buyi is. I just hope she works in the back and doesn’t have to actually deal with people
