Rude Delivery Man

I ordered food online and left clear instructions for the driver to contact me on. Instead of calling me telephonically, the idiot calls via WhatsApp, which that number has no profile. So he turned back which meant I had to reorder my food. The ***** calls me telephonically to advise me that he had just been at my place but left because I didn't answer his call. When I confront him for his stupidity, he has the gall to tell me to calm down and understand that he had no airtime to call me. How the hell is that my problem. Now my refund is gonna take 3 - 5 working days all because a driver was roo stupid and lazy to buy airtime.
