Rude customer service person

I am highly disappointed by the service I received this morning from one of your staff Vongani I left my office in Sandton after telling a colleague of mine on how lovely your food is only to get there and deal with your unfriendly worker. I had ordered Rice, Meat and Veggies. She then decides to dish up my veggies right on top of the rice, when I ask her did you put the pumpkin on top her ****y answer was where am I suppose to put them. Never in my entire life have I ever seen such like how do you put veggies on top? I then answered and told her how about on the side like how normal people do. I was under the impression that Pick N Pay trains their workers. You don't need to have a degree to use common sense but then again her attitude explains it all because to her I deserved it the way she dished it up. I didn't end up getting the food for obvious reasons. In any restaurant you go to they will never ever dish food the way Vongani did even in our own Canteen. Instead of apologizing she gives me attitude do guys train to have a bad attitude? I am highly disappointed cause I had to waste my petrol just to be treated like some charity case. I will sure spread the word.
