Rude Customer Care Rep: Pick 'n Pay Maponya Mall.

This morning I went to Pick 'n Pay Maponya Mall to exchange a faulty heater.

At the customer service counter I was "assisted" by Thulisile Mazibuko who was extremly rude. This started when she kept reffering to me as 'boy, ' bare in mind that I am 35years of age. Her disrespect got even worse when I asked her to refrain from calling me 'boy'. She continued to refer to me as 'boy' and mentioned how "ungrateful Soweto Customers are even after being assisted".

How can she as someone employed in a customer service role, disrespect customers unprovoked and go as far as making it seem as though she is doing customers a favour when dealing with them (which is her job).

I am very disappointed as in all my years of shopping at Pick 'n Pay and specifically Pick 'n Pay Maponya Mall, I have never come accross such a rude representative of your brand and store who clearly isn't bothered about your customers.
