RUDE Cashiers at Pick n Pay

Pick n Pay lifestyle Centurion has got the most terribly rude cashiers at their express checkout tills. I go there often hence I know, but today just topped the cake.

There are two tills next to each other, both are open, I proceed to the first closest one and start unpacking, the lady at that till seems to about to start helping me as she is still having conversation with her friend next to her.

Next thing, Pontsho Rasitjana starts speaking to me without greeting saying "This till please" as if I am a child. Im abit confused and look at the one seeming to start helping me but she also says nothing and hesitant. Pontsho Rasitjana again even more abrupt says again "This till!!" and then "This till NOW!!"

I pack my parcels and proceed to her She asks "you good today?" I said "Not anymore no" "You are extremely rude"

Pontsho Rasitjana "I dont thibk I am rude" Me "You are" My wife "Yes you are extremely rude the way you speak to us" repeating what she said in her tone "THIS TILL NOW!" Me "No, this is not right" Please just scan my parcels so I can go"

Then, you can just imagine the attitude how she rips off the till slip and gives it to us.

With this said, I have this near experience going there almost every time.

May this reach the right audience and not on deaf ears.
