Rude cashiers and Complacent management

On Thtursday, 15 June 2017 @11:11 I was served by a cashier named Tonia, Pick 'n Pay Picbel Arcade. After she scanned my items I handed her the money (she did not even request my Smart shopper card). She then looked at the money, as if something was not right and then asked if I had R12 in smaller denominations. I rep**** no, don't your manager provide you with change? She turned around and gave me an ugly look (what the hell are you talking about, it's none of your business). My immediate response was that I will report this incident, hence having experienced such responses and bad service frequently at that store. I also added that most of the cashier's attitude stinks.

It is today that I've decided to vote with my feed and never set foot in another Pick 'n Pay store again. I used to believe that this brand was the intelligent choice to make, which was why I entrenched that believe in acquirring a Smart shopper's card. Furthermore, even after evidently enjoying these rewards I am prepared now more than ever to forfeit them in contrast.

Worst of all is that the management and supervisory staff have clearly become complacent. Why do I say so, or do I have concrete evidence? Well, the only exhibits one needs resonates in the rendering of services. Well done Pick 'n Pay Picbel Arcade you managed to maintain mediocre service and *********** staff. My grocery expenditure of R2500 will go to Soprite, Checkers and Spar!
