Rude cashiers

This morning around 8am i went to your pnp store in Southgate, i bought a few things around 12 items( very small items like your soup and spices) and i went to your express till to pay and as i was standing in a queue about to be called next there was a dark lady(sorry didn't see her name) and she started shouting, sorry cc go to the other tills this is express till. Mind you that time there is no one in line but me. And then Monica said next and i went there as she was about to scan my items the same dark lady who is also a cashier started saying to Monica she must not let me pay because i have more than 5 items and Monica refused to help me pay and i said ohk separate the items. And then she said other items you going to pay them on the other till and she scanned only 5 and left me standing. And i asked Monica why is she not scanning everything because it's not like there is anyone in the queue and she said to me i have to go to the other tills. Guys i have never been insulted. Then Mkateko rang my items and she was friendly. I really hope that you guys teach your staff customer service because they are so rude. The way they are so rude one would even think that they are not reprimanded for giving terrible customer service. I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH TO MKATEKO. TO MONICA AND THE OTHER LADY NEED TO GO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING BECAUSE THEY ARE SO RUDE!!!!!
