rude cashier from Pick n Pay Norwood mall till 13

i received terrible service from a cashier on till 13 by the name of marcia londwe at pick n pay Norwood mall. this lady had the most disgusting attitude and spoke to me in a very impolite manner. i calmly asked her countless times to speak to me decently of which she continued to be very rude. i am shocked at this service as i have only received excellent customer service from this pick n pay norwood branch and deeply saddened by my encounter with this one individual who is leading the branch reputation to disrepute
