Rude cashier

I would like to share my experience that I had on the 30th of December 2021 at Pick n pay at Dobsonville mall. I was on the queued for about 30 minutes to pay at the Kiosk because I had less than 10 items on my basket. When it was my turn to pay, I took out my groceries and the cashier scanned about half of it then she started shouting at me. She told me that there are too many items and that is why the line is not moving. I told her that I thought this was an express till of 10 items or less. She shouted saying that this till is for 5 and less items. There was no sign at the Kiosk that said 5 or less for starters. She asked for the Supervisor to come and void the transaction even though there were only 2 items left to be scanned. She rudely told me to go queue again. The cashier had no name tag so it is hard for me identify her. This experience left me shocked and disappointed.
