Rude cashier at BP pick n pay randhart Alberton

This morning, I was buying food at your bp pick n pay randhart garage around 09h25, I was paying and ask the water price because at the shelve there wasn't a price, the lady by the name of Penelope Ntuli started on being rude and annoyed by my question asking for a price, i asked her why you are being rude and she started swearing at me, and calling me names and shouting and all customers in the shop could here that.

I normally buy my food there almost every day, and I experience this barbaric behavior almost all the time, customer service at your shop is nonsensical, it seems like no shop manager on that garage One day around 2023 I reported at the manager on duty nothing happened.

I will make sure I get the number for the owner of that service station, and make sure that lady is no longer working there, we can't have bullying serving customers.

I work for one of the biggest petroleum company, we make sure that customers are served with respect .
