Rude cashier at benmore

I received bad service by the cashier name Phumzile and/or Portia at Pick n Pay benmore. I wanted to do a cash withdrawal but was sent to another till and when I got to the other she continued with other customers and gave me no attention... it would have been better if she communicated with either me or the other customers but she acted like I was not there. When I spoke up that they told me to come this side she gave me bad attitude saying I should go somewhere else and teach myself that she will have to start with the other customers. When I told her why didn't you communicate and that in other shops they do talk to the customers she said she doesn't have to and that I have to learn that this is not other shops.This could have been avoided if she communicated with me when I got there or the other customers. She was very rude and I felt mistreated.
