Rude cashier

Yesterday I was at Picknpay hyper Bloemfontein, there was a cashier who was rude to another shop assistant infront of us(customers). She started making an argument about 'who said we can queue on her till if we bought more than 10 items and went on about her till roller that is broken. The cashier by the name of Anna PBotsane was very rude.

I asked her if I can swipe R1 400 and pay the remaining cash, instead of saying politely that she doesn't hear me she stopped tilling and made an unfriendly face looking at me.

I bought lots of boxes of glasses and dinner sets, she asked me if I checked they don't have damages. I believe it's her work to do so not mine,i started being really annoyed by her attitude however I just responded 'No to her',She checked only a few and continued to till. When I get home 2 champagne glasses were damaged!

She was rude and ddnt do her job properly!

When I left the till she started making funny comments but I could hear she was referring to me.

I value excellent service because I'm also a service provider can something be done with people who don't want to be at work please.
