Rude cashier.

I was so disappointed in the service I received today at Pick n Pay Umlazi Mega City. I’m a regular there because I also work in the Centre but the treatment I got from one of your cashiers today, who was working at the second last till was unprofessional and rude. I was about to go pay for my groceries and she just stood with her back facing me, I asked her if I could please pass because I assumed she didn’t see me but she just pulled her chair and left it in front of my trolley and walked away! Even the other customers were shocked by her behavior. I wanted to go report her to management but this other customer asked me to calm as I could get her into trouble. I’m very disappointed in how some employees don’t know what good client service is and how much they don’t value their jobs.
