Rude cashier

I went to get my money at picknpay (mobile money) and the cashier said she dont have the money and worse part she didnt even ask how much I'm looking n next thing she was shouting at me n the worse part the supervisor was smiling while cashier girl is talking ****. That girl seriously need to go back to training phase , she dont know how to treat customers .
