rude cahiers at pick n pay

i was at pick n pay diepkloof square (quality save) where i wanted to withdraw a cash send from the tills then i meet these 4 rude ladies who didn't want to assist me. i was firstly on the till where Jennifer vikani the cashier told me so rudely that she doesn't have that R800 to top it all off she didn't even greet me, just to hear that i want money that's the rude attitude i got. then i moved to the second till the cashier there was sharon mbatha she rudely told me as well that she cant assist me as she doesn't have any money in the till but when she opened the till i could see the was money there, she rudely told me to stand on the side while she can help other people i insisted to stand there until i get help. oh my word then the supervisor of the frontline came she was my worse nightmare telling people on the frontline that i want money yet they didn't have it, if they don't have it there's nothing they can do. i had to go to the liquor store to call the manager as no-one wanted to call him for me, only when i came with him that's when that rude supervisor say she just got a deposit of R20 000 how and when was my question? i wouldn't even recommend anyone to use that store the cashiers are just rude i ask myself is it because we are black people around that store or is it that pick n pay cashiers are trained to be rude to black people. my mother is a pensioner and my uncle they would usually complain about the treatment there so i had to go it myself to see what is it that is happening there i wasn't surprised to get that service as my family complained. the worse thing is they don't even respect their managers at all i feel sorry for them. i wouldnt go back to that store i would rather go shop at shoprite or checkers, woolworths staff are the best they know how to greet and treat customers to the best of their abilities.
