Rude behaviour from staff member Elizabeth

<p>I went to pick n pay today and passed the parcel area to leave my bag. I then went back to the parcel area to collect my bag after my shopping only to find out that the lady who was helping me was now at the till and there was a long que there. I then assumed that she is going to be busy at the till for a while and asked Elizabeth who was standing in a small room infront of me to assist me. Elizabeth's direct words to me was "I am busy". I then asked her if she expect me to take the bag myself. Elizabeth just looked at me with arrogance. I then walked inside your staff area to take my bag and Elizabeth didnt even care if I was taking the right bag. I then said to her "I will report you". Elizabeth instead looked at me with arrogance and walked away. I am shocked and disgusted by Elizabeth's behaviour. The only reason I choose to buy at your store is because of the amount of respect your managers who sit on the right hand side of your store have for Customers. I am shocked that you now have a staff member like Elizabeth who has the audacity to tell a customer that she is not willing to do her job and doesnt even care if you report her to management.</p>
