Rude behaviour by PnP The Glen staff

So I finished shopping in PnP The Glen this morning, and while standing in the queue to pay, the power goes off (not loadshedding). The till however is still on and the customer in front of me started scanning her stuff to pay. I realised that my wallet was still in the car, so I left the store to fetch it quickly, only to find that I am not allowed back into the store to pay for my groceries. Trying to explain to the security guards (one male and a female) and one of the other managers what the situation was, they still refused me entry. I requested to speak to one of the managers, Malusi, that was actually with me at the till before I left, bringing me milk from the back since the fridge was empty, but they refused to call him and very rudely closed the door in my face. I am just glad the this store is doing so well that they can afford to chase their customers away. Fortunately for the customers in the this area, there is a Checkers in the centre. Pathetic!!
