Rude behaviour

I do shopping for an old age home at PNP Family Supermarket (Franchise) Brigh****er Commons twice a week. Among other items, I also buy 5-6 kg of loose bananas there at a time. Today I first couldn't believe when I saw the price. They increased the price from 11.99/kg to 17.99/kg in 3 days. When I complained to the manager on duty (a bold guy) he told me it wasn't their decision as prices are decided by PNP headoffice. This is utter nonsense because I also shop at the PNP Hypermarket in Northgate. Prices for many items vary from shop to shop. As bananas were always cheaper, I bought them at Brigh****er Commons.

When I told the manager on duty that I will post my finding on their Facebook page, he accused me of threatening him and instructed a bystanding staff member not to talk to me. He even asked me to leave the shop. Absolutely outrageous behaviour to a customer who spends 1000s of Rands in his supermarket every month. I will stop buying at this supermarket from now on! Regards J. Liebing
