Rude and unprofessional teller
Pickn Pay Express Shop , Wetton Road
Rude Unprofessional teller belittled me in front of other customers.
Her name: Zile
She said that I must `hurry up because I stunk her ventillator'. She even spoke into the speaker system - saying that she wants `to help the beautiful female customer behind me'
I felt like a child, a dirty child that was reprimanded by someone who clearly doesn't know or care about customers.
I spend a fortune at your store every month and I definitely don't expect this unprofessionalism from your staff.
