Rude and Raw service. Unpleasant indeed

I took a few things back which I bought before seeing a Dr. The Dr put me on a gluten free and Lactose. I asked the Manager at Pick n Pay Killarney. She understands my delima going forward.

I went to the cashier at refunds. She threw tantrums. Expeceptionally rude and raw shouting loud at me. I asked her to lower her voice. She did not. The lotto machine was close by. She was talking in her language and they were laughing at me. I was so upset and really did not know why was I Subjected to that rudeness. Spent like 2 hrs. I went to the Manager and told her I am not returning to that store.. The manager is a wonderful person. But 3 of those cashiers are always rude and think nothing insulting me.

Something has to be done. I will also take it up with there head office. I'm not use to this kind of service. I want action against her. Her name is Stella.
