Rude and not willing to help

Last week Sunday I was in store doing monthly shopping. So this ivan guy is packing the shelves at the spices.First I politely ask him to move the trolley with the spices he is packing so I can get everything I need from the rack as it was to heavy and I had a sprained ankle so I was on crutch's anyway he blatantly ignores me I Madge to get a random to help me.then I start looking where hes packing because I want to get what I need he asks what I am looking for because hes busy I say to him no Iam having a look whatever I need I will take<br> He then shouts and goes on of how he wants to get done and im in He way and I am rude. I decide to walk away amd ask him hes name he reckons come and fight for it.I just want Ivan to know that its a week later amd that bad experience has stuck with me.I work in customer services to ita geta tough at timea but that ia not how you treat any customer tired or not.
