Rude and ******** manager at Pick N Pay Clothing Douglasdale

I visited your establishment on the 15th of October at around 15:30. I had gone there to return a dress that I had purchased from the online retail website. I visited the Pick n Pay retail (clothing store) in Douglasdale at the Douglasdale Village Shopping Centre.

The "manager" whose name is "Pastor Ricky" was rude beyond belief. Firstly, she did not know the procedure for returning an item that is purchased online and told me that I was trying to "rob the store" for wanting to return it without a physical slip. I SHOWED HER THE ELECTRONIC SLIP which your website indicates is a valid proof of purchase for returns at the physical store.

However this individual persisted in her arrogant ignorance and and continued to argue with me about this matter. Then, when I said I would accept the return funds in a gift card (which is also indicated on your website) - she disappears for about 15 minutes and leaves me standing there waiting. She went to the staff room at the back and I could hear her chatting away with another worker whilst I waited.

The cashier called her and I also called her and knocked on the door, and she PURPSEFULLY took longer to keep me waiting.

This is the MOST DISGUSTING and UNPROFESSIONAL service I have ever received at any retail store. I do not want to order online from Pick N Pay ever again. Your so-called "managers" are rude to customers, ******** about procedures, and honestly, it seems to be that you picked her off the side of the road and put a "manager" name tag on her.
