Rude and lack customer service skills

Hope this mail finds you well.

I am writing this mail with distraught with the service I received at illanga mall

I went there with my friend to buy things at Pick n pay on the

I saw a bundle of domestic,handy andy and sunlight liquid at R60 for three this was the price at the aisle even my friend advised that I must take it as it is reasonable.

We arrived at the till and guess what the item was 94 rand ,the teller called the supervisor which she said she cannot authorize such

According to consumer act I have a right to buy an item with the price on the shelf

Nesley or lesley came and insulted me with word and told me that he will never allow me to take the product with that price

The wanted to cancel my transaction and kick us out of the store without buying the grocery

I even closed the transaction screen to avoid my transaction being canceled because I did not want to buy the combo with 94.00

I was ignored standing there like I am crazy while other people receive service The manager was busy on his personal phone going up and down with other supervisor . If I was white I think I would have been treated better.

I have never received such service I have been in favor of Pick n pay but after such incident I don't see my self shopping there anymore
