Rude and ***********

I went to this branch Glen Balad on 19 Dec 2022 and was unfortunately served with bad and poor service because: The cashier was very rude with me and simply because she was chatting with a friend while processing my sale. One item was to be void as per the price and as she stood chat I asked if I may start making payment as she was talking to the colleague who already has finished loading my parcels Lebohang Mahlalela with an agitated raised voice asked me if I did not see there’s an item to be void. I then said to her she was disrespectful and how is she expecting me to predict what her intentions are as he was bust talking of their arrangement to festivities and my goods already packed in my trolley. Lebohang became louder and back chatting as I told her attitude was really questionable because she had to speak to me and explain rather talking her celebration with Dee jays without finishing my transaction with respect and customer care. This to me was incompetence and lacking love of what she was doing and for her to express it was just wrong timing to express it on me.
