Rude and disrespectful staff with horrible service!!!

Most rude staff ever! My Wife boaght me a pack of 3 boxer shorts in a size XL, I have not even fitten them and wanted to exchange it for a size XXL. I hat to stand and wait more than 45min in front of a desk with a *********** woman talking zulu to colleges and after everything said "They do not exchange underwear" we are talking about big boxer shorts not tang underpants. This is night ware, not underwear!!! But what upsets me most off all is the disrespect towards clients. The lady does not great, does not inform me of what is going on and laghs and tease me in a language I do not understand!! I would like to name to of the management for this horrible service: Department Manager "Dolly" and Store manager Eddie Langa
