Rude and disrespectful staff

I was treated badly by one of your staff members in an ableist way. Because I pass as colored she didn't know I spoke Zulu and could hear every single thing she was saying. I could hear her mock my appearance and intelligence. I should have checked her name tag but I was too distraught and hurt. She was bagging on that day. She was a black lady who wore a pantsuit and heels. Not sure if she's a member of your upper management. She also had short hair and had slightly brown to dark skin.
