RUDE AND DISRECTFUL PARCEL COUNTER ASSISTANT

I went to Pick n pay Alex mall on the 25th of April around 6pm rushing to get my baby stuff. When i went to the parcel counter a lady by the name Hulwani Masangwani (not sure of the spelling) was very rude towards me when i asked her where to leave the parcel she rudely responded by saying i must not take time when doing groceries. I repeatedly asked the same question and she just stood there and told me that am wasting her time as it was almost time to close the shop.The lady looked very intoxicated. She told me that if i wanna to shopping like "white people" I should go to Greenstone and not pretend to be a better person in Alexandra.I went did my shopping and after shopping i asked for the manger to escalate the matter The manager by the name Mapule listened to the issue and asked her to apologies however she gave the manager an attitude and still did not apologies.
