Rude and Careless Cashier At Liquor Store

A very disrespectful and rude cashier at Pick 'n Pay Sunward Park Centre (Steph**** Jacobus Van Staden - Manager) Liquor Store. On Saturday (31/8/2019) between 12H45 and 13H30, we were made to wait in the queue for a long time while being served by a trainee. When the senior cashier returned from her errands and told about the delay she never bothered to resolve the delay rather was very rude in her remarks. She had a blonde artificial hair on, without a name tag. She made the trainee to work on her own and left again for another 10 to 15 minutes. The poor trainee tried her best to serve but one could tell that had the "blonde" not left her alone the situation was not going to be as lengthy as it took. Big ups to Xolo (trainee) for executing her tasks as well as she did, the least said about the blonde her senior the better. Her behavior towards customers is simple unacceptable.
