Rude and Arrogant staff

Yesterday we were at our Local Pick n Pay in Elspark. Same store we have been going to everyday for the last 3 yeears.

I went to the Manager (David) at the store to enquire if he can maybe assist us. Earlier in the month my wife bought 3 packs of the PnP Tiny Tots nappies, but now there Nappies are two small. My request was if they would be able to assist with exchanging the two full sealed packs for the next size up. However the reaction and over all attitude from David was to say the least completely unacceptable.

He just rudely rubbled off that if there is no slip he cant help. With the attidute and arrogance as if it was really a huge issue to deal or speak to me.

If his is the manner that Pick n Pay allows its managers to deal with customers. And worst regular customers, then i am sorry to say they will no longer get any business from me. I wpuld rather go the the Checkers 4km down the road and do my shopping there.
