Rude and arrogant management

The manager at Kempton Square is arrogant and condones staff bullying. I went to Pick n Pay about 2 weeks ago. There is an old lady that works at the vegetable section. I got to the section and waited as there was no 9ne one the scale. A few minutes lady the old lady appear and on the other side the supervisor by the of Thulani appear and starts shouting and scolding the old lady. The lady explains that she had to go to the bathroom but this guy is not having it until I intervene and say this is embarrassing to the brand and also disgusting that someone is denied the right to relieve themselves. I further take the matter to Xolani the manager who promises to address the guy and also make him apologies to the lady. A week later I go back for my vegetables as usual, the matter is still not addressed according to the lady. I go and speak to Xolani again and he tells me I can escalate the matter. I believe any human has a right to go to the bathroom and Pick n Pay management should recognize such. Also management needs training on how to address staff
