RTC goods are NOT CPA exempt

Tried to return food I bought yesterday afternoon at the PnP South Rd (Sandown) that I subsequently found rancid, only to be told that RTC (reduced to clear) aren't eligible for refund. I had a time.conatraint however I'm not letting this slide because retailers don't get to bypass CPA protocol/ regulations on a whim.

And BTW, I will NOT go back to the store (not for this purpose) so if its physical evidence you want, you can come fetch it before I throw it out tomorrow - it stinks
