Rotten Watermelon

Hi,

I purchases a Watermelon at Pick and Pay in Centurion Mall. However when we cut the Watermelon at home, it was rotten on the inside. Lot's of bad smelling water ran out of the watermelon onto the floor. It was a big mess. I wrote a message to Pick and Pay on their Facebook page but didn't received any response. Subsequently I also lay a complaint on their website, but again no response. It seems like complaints is just ignored.
