Rotten vegetables

I normally love shopping at pick n pay little falls but this time and the previous one was abit of a let down. We bought the R100 vegetables special and ive always bought it that way and have never had a problem till this year. Twice we got vegetables and about 3-4 days after some of the vegetables are rotten and mouldy . I have photos. Of Course we didn't think it was ganna happen again so we dont have the slip . But its really not acceptable. Help!!
