Rotten strawberries from Pick n Pay Standerton

I bought a pack of strawberries at Pick n Pay Standerton, when I opened them they were rotten. The way I was so disappointed because this was the first time experiencing this from Pick n Pay. Tried emailing them even sent them photos, reached out on X but they ignored me. What a disappointment bandla! Pity I couonot take them back cause I was already far. I reached out not necessarily about the money I lost but to make them aware so that the next customer won’t have the same experience. I guess they checked my profile and concluded that I am not worth their time. What a wooow.
