Rotten smelly maize meal

I bought PNP maize meal ..2x 5kg and they were both rotten..so utterly disappointed as I have always trusted PnP..it had some black stuff and something that looks like back rocks..the smell was worse..o sent through my complaint to their customer service with pic..still no response
