Rotten Product and Bad Service

I bought a block of Parmalat Cheese from Pick n pay Braamfontein on the 6/09/2017 exactly 2 months ago, although the cheese was in its package, I only noticed when I got home that it was so badly rotten, I work around the corner from this store and I am a daily customer and on many occasions I have had issues but always brought it to the stores attention, now after having enough I decided to go above them with my rotten cheese issue and went on to the pick n pay Face book page to vent, Iater on I received feedback via messenger that someone will get into contact with me, A lady by the Name of Vaneta Venkatas contacted me via email, apologising and requesting my information...after that I never received any communication from her, I went on to send her an email, and got a response from a Cheri Lee Ngcobo, informing me that no information was received, now very angry, and still deciding on what to do I get another email from a Lorelle Londt asking me for the same information, I went back on the same Pick n Pay Facebook page indicting how very unprofessional this is and I was just blatantly ignored... and to date have not heard anything...I have pictures of the rotten cheese as well as the receipt of purchase as well as proof of communication from the "USELESS" Pick n Pay representatives there were suppose to be assisting.
