Rotten Pick N Pay product

I bought a pick n pay cold meat product, on opening it was rotten. I then sent an e-mail to customer services who rep**** asking for more information which I supp****, that's the last i have heard from them. Moral of the story is don't trust Pick n' Pay own branded products they don't support them.
