rotten oxtail sold by pick n pay woodlands mall

ON Sunday the 27/08/2023 i went to pick n pay woodlands to get some groceries, part of my grocery list was to get an oxtail, it was on promotion an still early in the morning, to my Suprise when i got home and tried to cook the oxtail, it was off, and spoiled, the smell was so horrible and part of the meat was already green inside, because it was tightly packaged you couldn't see it at the shop until you opened the package, to my belief this is a health hazard and i wonder why pick n pay would go to an extent of endangering our lives by selling spoiled meat, this is not acceptable.
