Rotten Mince Meat

I bought mince meat on monday at Pick n Pay Lifestyle Centre in Centurion. The Sell by Date was 21 November 2023. IOn wednesday when i was about to cook the mince meat, it was rotten, smelling so bad. I froze it to return it back to the store yesterday, unfortunately i was unable to go to work. This morning i forgot the mince meat at home, I bought at PnP Lifestyle centre because i work closer to it. What must i do now to get my refund because i have to throw it away when i arrive home because i cannot keep it in the freezer for the weekend.

I want Pick n Pay to refund me my money and hope that they stop selling rotten meat. I need PnP to apologize for putting such kind of food in their fridges. My health and my family;s health was put on risk should i have cooked it, if i did not notice the smell. I am highly disappointed by the service at Pick n Pay,
