Rotten milk 😔

I bought 6 cartons of milk from PnP Tuesday the PnP no name brand ,and all 6 is rotten I called the customer service my agent was very polite and and tried to help me I was given an email address that has not been going through I used the online email address still did not go through,I bought at PnP jubilee mall I have the call reference number all I need is for PnP to get back to me as my emails aren't going through.
