Rotten meat with days to go before expiration!

I am absolutely disgusted with the quality of the meat I bought from PnP at Park Meadows. The meat is rotten, and the sell by date is only on the 4th. This is the umpteenth time that I have had to return items to Pick n Pay! I want to take this to some type of health counsel or consumer watchdog.

I spend thousands at PnP each month. This is absolutely unacceptable!
