Rotten meat from Pick n Pay

Hi Peter,my name Is Nthabiseng. On the29.04.2023 I bought groceries at Pick n Pay and meat then few days later my daughter called me tell me that the meat it rotten and I was in denial then the next day on the 9the I cooked sausages and they were rotten then on the 10the I called Pick n Pay and the grocery manager told me its not his fault that I bought a lot of meat then again called head office and explained my situation and they sent me a reference number and the lady I spoke to said they will have to refund me.When I checked the expiring date the meat expired on the 1st and I bought on the 29 hence she said they will call me in 14 days I shouldn't throw the meat away until they tell me so.Seing that they were not calling me I called them and they said the case its been closed cos the grocery manager said its not a fair complain.I still have the meat im my fridge hence its so difficult for me to throw and I had to go to checkers and bought another meat cos my kids needed to eat.
